Brenda Larson, Designated Broker, has over 25 years of experience in financial & operational management in diverse businesses including real estate investing, reprographics and manufacturing. She has been a licensed realtor since 2008 and became a broker in 2011. She has been actively managing residential properties since 1998 and has also been a developer of a rural subdivision. Erik Boschee, Real Estate Broker, with over 20 years of Real Estate background. He worked for a great Reprographics company after high school and spent 9 years at that company, prior to starting up his own company in May of 2007 in Minot, ND. Having built that company to a successful level, and ready for a change in profession, he decided to sell that company and become part of the team of VHM & Realty, in October of 2011. He has stayed in many different vacation homes through the years and decided that it really does help make someone’s vacation a little more enjoyable staying at a nice, clean, updated and well accommodated home that they can enjoy like their home.
